Benny

It's about time I got to my own son's 5 Year portraits... lol he turns 6 in June!

I can't believe how big and handsome he has gotten!  And so smart...

By the way... I LOVE THIS LAKE! Gorgeous!! <3

Elizabeth

I can't believe my little baby cousin Elizabeth is a senior in high school this year!  Wow time flies... I remember swinging her around in the yard...  Now she's all grown up and beautiful and GRADUATING!  And I was ecstatic that she wanted me to do her senior portraits!

We started out up at Cedar Grist Mill in Woodland.  So pretty up there!

Then we went back down town and wandered around Woodland.  She had two of her friends with here, so of course there were a lot of laughs!

Congratulations, Elizabeth!  I can't wait to see where life takes you <3

Noah

Meet Noah!  I got to meet this handsome little guy a short while ago when we got to spend some time playing around Woodland and Horseshoe Lake park.  He sure made me work, too!  But how cute is he?!

Those eyes!! :D

Kind of hard to see him with his dad here, but I love this shot.

So precious!

And he let Daddy get a kiss, too ;)

So glad I got to meet this little stud, and can't wait to hang out with them again!

Sarah and Chris

My cousin is engaged!  And will be wed about a month before myself!  It's been great planning our weddings together.  When she asked me to do her engagement photos and some at her wedding, I was super excited! and their engagement session was a blast!

We started off in my parents' back yard in Longview.  I love the trees out there.

We then headed down to Lake Sacagawea.  I wish the Japanese Gardens had been open, but we made do :)

I got the idea for this one while I was standing in line at the craft store, and saw a ton of candy hearts.  I decided I wanted a box for myself, but for some reason they only came in packs of 10 boxes!  So I found a use for them :)

I love you, Sarah, and am so happy for the two of you!  I can't wait for your wedding!

Stephanie and Family

I got to meet this wonderful woman and her adorable kids, Izaac and Auroro. We did their's in two separate sessions.

The first session, we hung out around downtown Woodland....

And around the park.  I finally got to use some props I've purchased recently!

We even broke out the bubbles!

These two were adorable, and so good together!

For part two, we went to the Ridgefield Wildlife Reserve.  No garter snakes this time!

What a beautiful family!

Lee Anne and Craig

I am so happy to be photographing this beautiful couple's wedding this summer.  We had so much fun doing their engagement photos, even if I did get followed by a few garter snakes, and a bug or two!

We started out the afternoon in my home town, Woodland.  I love the alleys here!

These two are so wonderful together, it made my job so ridiculously easy!

After that, we went to the Ridgefield Wildlife Reserve.  I'd never been there before, but you can bet I'll be going back!! Love that place!  So much gorgeous scenery...

I about cried when this photo came up on my computer screen.  And as I was editing, I was tempted to try some new things with it.  I'm so proud of how it turned out!

Then we ventured to Craig's dad's property, where we got to pose with a mustang, play on a swing, hang out by a pond (where a frog scared the daylights out of me) and climb in Craig's semi-truck!

I'm so happy with how these turned out.  I had two fantastic models, wonderful scenery and gorgeous weather!  Makes for a happy photog :D

Congrats again Lee Anne & Craig!  Cannot wait until your big day!!
